Pretty Good Racing League | Season 5 | Round 8
Premier Series | New Hampshire Motor Speedway

In a thrilling race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, Scott Eckrich of Loud Pedal Motorsports emerged victorious in the Loose is Fast Podcast 150, part of the Pretty Good Racing League Premier Series. Starting from the 11th position, Eckrich faced tough competition, but his impressive performance on the track led him to victory.

As the green flag waved, Michael Chrobok showcased quick reflexes, taking the lead from the second position and swiftly moving to the front. Chrobok remained in control of the race for the first 77 laps, demonstrating his skill and determination.

However, as the race progressed, Scott Eckrich began his ascent through the field, closing the gap to Chrobok and positioning himself as a strong contender for the lead. On lap 78, Eckrich executed a brilliant maneuver, seizing the opportunity to take the lead away from Chrobok and assert his dominance on the track.

Despite early promise, Jeff Ward encountered challenges in the second half of the race, falling back from contention for the lead. Meanwhile, Mike Rasimas demonstrated exceptional performance, quietly closing the gap to Chrobok and securing the second position with only nine laps remaining.

In the final moments of the race, Eckrich faced the pressure of tire wear, allowing Rasimas to rapidly close the distance to the leader. However, Eckrich’s skillful driving and strategic decisions enabled him to maintain his position and cross the finish line just 0.12 seconds ahead of Rasimas.

With this victory, Eckrich’s position in the point standings was significantly strengthened. Jeff Ward continues to lead the championship race, with Chrobok now only five points behind, making the competition even more intense.
